This service is very cost effective when exploring the design possibilities for your property.

How it works

We will meet on-site for up to 1.5 hours. First we will have a 30-40 minute meeting to discuss your thoughts and ideas for your property. The remainder of time will be spent walking the property discussing ideas and possible alternatives for the design elements. Based on an analysis of the site conditions and microclimates, the scope of design work will be determined and a fixed-fee quote to create a set of plans for your desired needs will be given.
 
The fee for this initial on-site service is $125.00 for 1.5 hours.
