This portion of the website will explain our general fee structure as well as how to implement our full services or partial services. All project fees are based upon the scope of the design work. Each client's goals, objectives, and topography are different. Some projects may require significant grading plans depending on the topography; other similar size properties may require very little grading. (The fee structure listed in this website is subject to change depending on the scope of work.) Accurate pricing will be determined after the site visit and discussion of proposed elements. Grading plans and color renderings are additional to the fees listed.
Any pertinent element that is not located on any documents or plans in your possession will need to be field located. Typical elements that are not depicted on plans in your possession are: additions, decks, canopy trees, pools, etc. You the homeowner can locate these existing elements on the plan and save money or I can locate the elements at the rate of $125.00 per hour which is my billing rate. |
