Design Process

1. After the initial on-site visit, a contract will be developed which will describe the scope of design work and the fee to complete a set of drawings for your property.
2. The next step is an on-site client analysis, to discuss your likes, dislikes, wants and needs.
3. After the on-site analysis, a conceptual diagram for your property is developed. A few conceptual approaches towards accomplishing your goals for each specific area are developed.
4. Then we will meet back on-site to review the variety of conceptual ideas and approaches laid out. This will be an interactive process. We then physically walk the design through the property, making any necessary adjustments.
5. Once the concept is approved, it is refined into a very specific design (hard line), delineating actual size, spaces, materials, elevations, and specific plants and quantities.
